Software Subscriptions (HMS Solutions)

We strive to ensure our software meets your needs. For our Hospital Management Software, Lab Software, and other subscriptions, we offer comprehensive demonstrations before purchase.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

WhatsApp Business API & Bulk SMS

Due to the nature of telecom services and Meta's billing structures, credits purchased for Verified WhatsApp Business API or Bulk SMS are non-refundable once added to your account.

Interior & Kitchen Services

For custom interior design, modular kitchen installations, and physical products, cancellation policies are governed by the specific terms outlined in your project contract. Generally, advance payments for customized materials are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
